Civil War Block 2
Sorry I have been quiet. Life is a little on the carousel at the moment. The dreaded bookwork is taking too much of my time too.
I am also working on a secret project with what little sewing time I have managed to get.
I am behind on Civil War and Nearly insane too. They are waiting patiently for me though.
Did manage to find a gorgeous Winselman Saxonia Fiddlebed sewing machine for Rob.
Stay Tune for Photos.
Have a Great Week all Cheers Lynne

Our projects are always waiting for us. I know how you feel. As for your block, it is beautiful. You always find the best fabrics for these blocks. There is always such great movement in them. Life will slow down hopefully and then you can get back to your sewing on a more regular pace. I try to tell myself that, too.
Life may be on the carousel, but you still managed a beautiful block--beautiful fabrics! And I love the simplicity of these stars--they have so many possibilities.
Your block has turned out so beautiful. Sometimes life is too busy for blogging and sewing. Don't get stressed about this - quilting has to make fun and to relax you.
Have a nice week.
Hugs,
Anne-Mette

Beautiful, rich colors in your Civil War block. And the Nearly Insane blocks continue to be amazing!
I am a first time visitor. I just love the quilt in the header. I had to stop and tell you. Now I am off to look at the rest of your blog.
